TEPEE hire prices :
Standard tipi hire ...wolf/ native Indian design inside tipi £120 1 night / £170 2 nights / 3 nights £200 additional nights £30
This includes 4 inflatable beds ,sleeping bags,pillows,faux fur throws ,2 storage boxes ,rugs ,cushions, lanterns and other battery operated lights ,torches , a midnight snack hamper to include popcorn ,chocolate,milkshake , marshmallows,crisps ,bottled water ( subject to change ...we cannot accept liability for people with food allergies and therefore will need to be advised on individuals if specific snacks and drinks etc are not suitable so that we can liaison with the hirer and change content ) red or ruby mermaid trumpet garments for prom
Girl/boy sleepovers as above with a girly / boyish theme £140 1 night

We erect tipi and leave you to have fun decorating it yourself
TEPEE will arrive at 10 and be collected 10 the following morning £90 additional nights £40
Themed children’s parties ..we bring tables chairs (max 10 children ) tablecloths and decorations to match theme ..we arrive at 10am and dismantle at 6pm( these times can be tweaked to fit in with you 8 hours hire up to 8pm ) £150
NB: we do not supply party food
We do however supply a sweet table with jars tongs scoops and paper dishes for £20 and will supply sweets if required at an additional charge

Terms & Conditions
* TEPEE Size and Circular Diameter Requirement
* 5 m tipi tent requires 7m of flattish grass to allow the guy ropes to be safely pegged out
* Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that there is enough space & easy access for tents to be erected.( IF WE HAVE TO ACESS THE AREA THROUGH THE HIRERS PREMISES, SUITABLE COVERAGE OF CARPETS AND FLOORS IS REQUIRED AS ANY DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HIRER )
* A non - refundable deposit of 25% of the total hire cost Is payable on booking.
* The remaining balance plus a security deposit of £100 is payable 14 days before the party to secure the booking .
* The security deposit covers any loss, damage, theft, breakages or any extra cleaning that may be required . ( this will be refunded to you within three days of party, minus any deductions if applicable , which will be fully itemised).
* The hirer is fully responsible for any loss or damage to the tipi tent or equipment, regardless of culpability. As such if the security deposit is in sufficient to cover the costs incurred to Flowers by Dee you must agree to pay all costs to rectify this.
* Flowers by Dee tepee tents accept no responsibility or liability for damage or theft of any property left in bell tents for the duration of the hire period.
* Flowers by Dee tepee tents accept no responsibility or liability for any injuries or damage to any member of your party that may occur for the duration of the hire period.
* Flowers by Dee tepee tents will deliver, erect and decorate your tepee tent to the agreed location on the time and date of your booking and remove all equipment on the day of termination of your hire period. Please note that all rubbish/recycling must be removed prior to collection other wise a charge may be added for removal of waste or rubbish left in tent.
* Flowers by Dee tepee tents will do everything possible to ensure your tent is erected at the agreed time, no responsibility or liability can be accepted for delays due to traffic accidents or major traffic problems.
* In the event of very extreme or adverse weather conditions making it impossible to erect the tepee tent, Flowers by Dee tepee tents cannot accept any responsibility or liability for losses or any other costs incurred as a result we will offer you a alternative date where possible or a full refund.
* Tents are strictly no smoking areas.
* No candles or fires are allowed in tent, battery operated lights will be provided.
* No pets are allowed in the tents.
* Public liability insured.
